Stichting Happy Watoto, Tanzanian homes & schools (in short Happy Watoto), processes the personal information you provide in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
Objectives of data collection
Your personal data are processed by Happy Watoto when you register to become an ambassador or donor or for purposes of the acceptance and settlement of other forms of patronage, to execute agreements, including purchasing agreements, to carry out marketing activities as well as to enable us to meet legal obligations.
Objection to the use of your personal data
You can inform us that you do not wish to allow your personal details to be used for marketing activities. You will not then be contacted by Happy Watoto for marketing purposes.
Right to access and correct personal data
You can contact the secretary’s office to check whether the data we have registered are correct. If the details are not correct, we will correct them. We may ask you to provide identification.

We have taken appropriate measures to make our systems secure. All persons who can access your data on behalf of Friends of Tanzania are obligated to observe the confidentiality of that information.
