New training

All women selected for a Pamoja Nguvu loan must participate in a training. This training is given by our own team and focuses on entrepreneurship, accounting, saving and information about how to deal with domestic violence. This year we have expanded the training with exercises focused on cooperation. In addition, the training is done more interactively, with role-playing. The women really appreciate this and participate in the training with great pleasure.
